Vitamins we Need

VITAMIN DEFICIENCY. Aside from iron, your body also needs folate and Vitamin B-12 in order to produce healthy red blood cells. Others may consume enough B-12, however, their bodies are not capable of processing the vitamin which in turn leads to vitamin deficiency anemia or pernicious anemia. The diseases like rheumatic arthritis, kidney disease, and other inflammatory ailment can interlope to the body’s production of RBC.

This is the needed vitamins in our body. We moved on because of the food we take in and vitamins is part that could keep us going. There are a lot of vitamins that are available in the market but we need to choose the best for our body.

Sick? Water Helps…

Just this week our teenager was sick. I encouraged him to drink lot of water and drink moringa leaves. However, I have to give him since he won’t drink alone. I have to take care of my son and force him to drink, huh! Somehow, water helps and people who enjoy drinking water could see the difference. What are you waiting for? I have noticed that many people these days were conscious of having good health. Everywhere they were looking for alcohol treatment centers just to be relieved and the family will not be affected. Sometimes we noticed that many were indignant and unconscious of the things around them. But in reality, they suffered because of what they did few years ago. And having good health is something they need to treasure and be given importance.
